Owner of Mount Vernon Financial
Zach is the owner of Mount Vernon Financial. He began his career in the financial services industry over a decade ago, focusing on client wealth management and financial planning.
Before starting Mount Vernon Financial, he was a financial advisor with a national wealth management firm, where he served high-net-worth individuals implementing comprehensive financial plans and investment solutions.
He began his career at a commission-based firm, but his desire to offer transparent, objective advice led him to found Mount Vernon Financial as a fee-only fiduciary firm. This shift allowed him to create an environment where clients come first, and every recommendation is made with their best interests in mind.
Zach’s approach is collaborative and client-focused. He believes that one of the most important parts of his job is educating clients on what their options are, the pros and cons of their financial decisions, and helping them feel confident in their financial journey.
Zach relocated to the Mount Vernon area in 2022, looking for a place to put down roots and raise a family in the Midwest. He and his wife, Evelyn, made the transition from Florida to Ohio and immediately loved the area’s sense of community, safety, and slower pace of life. They’re grateful to call Knox County home and look forward to raising their three children here.
Outside of work, he enjoys staying active as a decent basketball player and a less-than-decent golfer. He enjoys being a part of his local church, traveling with his family, spending quality time with new and old friends, and being a DIY mechanic.
